ProfEra Refund & Cancellation Policy

ProfEra premium access, if offered, is processed through Google Play Billing.

Subscription Cancellation

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions from their Google Play account. Cancellation will stop future renewal, but access may continue until the end of the active billing period, depending on Google Play subscription rules.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are handled as per Google Play policies. ProfEra does not directly process card, UPI, bank or wallet refunds outside Google Play Billing.

Payment Information

ProfEra does not directly collect or store users’ card details, UPI details, bank details or other payment credentials. Payments are handled by Google Play Billing.

Access Issues

If you purchased premium access but are unable to access paid features, please contact us with your registered email ID and purchase-related details available from Google Play.
